Hi lovelies, I’m Margot(pronounced Margo) and I am the owner of The wax Inn! I’m a native Floridian, wife/mother and my passion is waxing! I’ve been waxing for over two years and at the end of 2022 I decided to open my own waxing studio to give my clients a more relaxing, comfortable, and cozy atmosphere. I want to make all my clients feel extremely welcomed in this intimate setting and to leave as smooth as possible!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important at The Wax Inn and are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I ask for a 24 hour notice. Please understand if you cancel or forget about your appointment without a 24 hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your reserved slot. I understand that emergencies happen and things come up in life, so the first time will be waived. After the 1st no show or late cancellation you will be responsible for paying 50% of your service fee. If you arrive 8 minutes late or more for your appointment I will do my best to accommodate you. However, you may be asked to reschedule and be charged a 100% fee of the services. No shows will also be charged 100% fee of the services.
